We are on the lookout for a Private Client Solicitor to join our legal services team in Grantham.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

You will communicate with clients via email, letter and telephone, and meet with those clients where neccesary to provide advice in relation to different areas of private client law.
You will ensure client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed of progress and costs.

Responsibilities

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of private client files, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning, as well as having experience working on probate matters.
You will draft legal documents and submit IHT paperwork to HM Revenue and Customs and the Probate Registry.
