REQUIREMENTS:

  • A qualified lawyer, with a minimum of 3 years PQE, managing a portfolio of private client matters
  • Experience of using a Practice Management System i.e. Proclaim, Leap etc.
  • Excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of managing a range of cases while providing a high level of customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise advice to clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team and use initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures

SALARY TO BE ADVISED DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full or part time role for a Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer located in Norwich, Norfolk, with a minimum of 3 years PQE or CILEx equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of private client cases whilst also continuing to build on the business development opportunities in the local and wider community.

THE ROLE:

Managing your own caseload of private client matters including

  • Varied caseload including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust administration, Estate administration, Estate and Tax Planning strategies, as well as other private client matters
  • Key understanding of complex estates and trust matters
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
  • Working as part of the highly reputable wider Private Client team, spanning all of the firm’s offices
