JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our well established law firm.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in private client work, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
This candidate will also be expected to participate in the growth and marketing of the firms Private Client services.

SKILLS

  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration and trusts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive client situations.
  • Strong organisational skills to maintain effective case management systems.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 12 months PQE.
  • Experience in estate planning or related field
  • Legal background as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
