A reputable and expanding law firm in the Frodsham area is currently seeking a talented and committed Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with a broad caseload covering all aspects of private client work.
You’ll be part of a collaborative department, advising on a wide range of matters such as Will drafting, probate and estate administration, tax and trust work, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection cases. This is a client-focused role requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Managing your own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estates
• Delivering exceptional client care, keeping clients regularly informed on progress and costs
• Supporting the development of the department, working collaboratively with senior colleagues
• Supervising and mentoring support staff or assistants as necessary
• Ensuring compliance with relevant risk management, quality control, and regulatory standards (e.g., SRA Code of Conduct, Solicitors Accounts Rules, Lexcel requirements)
• Handling billing, credit control, and financial oversight for your matters in conjunction with the accounts team
• Engaging in marketing and business development activities when required, to support firm-wide growth
• Providing holiday or sickness cover for colleagues within the team
• Taking ownership of your professional development, including ongoing compliance with SRA training requirements
