I am currently working with a reputable Law Firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Executive/Fee earner to join their busy team in New Mills.
You will have access to high quality and HNW matters, including; wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate administration, CoP, succession planning, and elderly clients.

• Dealing with the preparation of initial Terms of Business documentation and Client Onboarding
• Liaising with Clients and other Third Parties
• Dealing with all aspects of Client Matter Compliance
• Taking new instructions for Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Tax Returns, IHT Planning
• Will writing and creating Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Full Administration of Estates including the preparation of documents such as Deeds of Variation, Deed of Appointment, Appropriation and Renunciation
• Assisting on complex Probate cases such as foreign assets and Trusts
