We’re looking for a skilled Solicitor to join a specialist Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team — a department recognised for its high standards of legal excellence and a commitment to first-class client care.
    Based in our client’s Swansea office, this full-time permanent role is ideal for an experienced contentious Private Client Solicitor looking to progress in a supportive and dynamic environment.
    About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Handle a wide range of probate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes and inheritance claims.
  • Independently manage your own caseload, from initial instruction to resolution, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation.
  • Support wider team strategy through business development and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the team.

What we are looking for…

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in contentious probate, trust, and estate disputes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
  • Strong track record in managing complex estate litigation independently.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent technical understanding of wills, trusts, and estate litigation.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Commercially minded with a client-first approach and ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Skilled in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, highly organised, and committed to ongoing professional development.
