Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a top-tier Legal 500 firm to recruit a Senior Private Client Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team, specialising in Private Wealth, Tax, and Estate Planning. You will work with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, both in the UK and internationally, handling complex and high-value matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-10 years PQE, qualified in England & Wales.
• Strong technical expertise and sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent academic credentials and significant experience in private client law.
• Proven track record of managing complex private client cases.

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, tax planning, and succession planning.
• Draft, review, and manage complex legal documents.
• Oversee and progress client matters proactively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of key developments in private client law.
• Play an active role in business development, including client meetings, networking, and thought leadership.
• Support senior colleagues on complex matters while building your own client base over time.
