A leading, boutique private practice in the heart of Devon is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.
The business, department and team leaders spearheading the Private Client practice have been recognised by Chambers and Partners as specialists within their field for providing quality legal advice. Offering a wide range of services within the Private Client practice area, the business deal with wills, trusts, probate, tax advice and powers of attorney and is renowned for representing HNW and UHNW clients across the United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, taking on an existing caseload and have a solid background in Private Client. Day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of Private Client work
• Drafting wills
• Administration of trusts
• Advising clients on estate planning
• Advising clients on probate matters
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Dealing with HNW and UHNW clients
• Preparing and reviewing powers of attorney

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and competence in handling a intricate workload. The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is essential. Student membership of STEP or working towards full STEP membership would be a preference.
