The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with a keen eye for fashion, a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle preferences, and the discretion required to build enduring client relationships.
You will act as a brand ambassador, curating bespoke experiences and styling solutions that go beyond the boutique floor, while contributing meaningfully to business performance and brand prestige.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury fashion or personal styling, preferably with a private client or VIP focus
  • Strong network of UHNW clients or access to luxury-focused circles in Singapore or the broader region
  • Proven ability to drive high-value transactions through a consultative, relationship-first approach
  • Impeccable taste, grooming, and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, discretion, and cultural sensitivity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion and client engagement
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one styling consultations for VIP and top-tier clients across ready-to-wear, accessories, and lifestyle categories
  • Proactively develop and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service, private appointments, and exclusive previews
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of seasonal collections, brand history, and global luxury trends
  • Collaborate with boutique and regional teams to plan client activations, couture shows, and high-touch events
  • Consistently exceed individual sales targets and client retention KPIs through exceptional service and follow-through
  • Maintain meticulous records of client preferences, sizing, purchase history, and style notes
