The Mission We are recruiting a high-level nursing professional for 1:1 medical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a private superyacht. This role allows you to apply your clinical precision in a bespoke, mobile environment. You will manage the principal’s health while the vessel navigates the Mediterranean’s most exclusive waters, including Ibiza, Formentera, Sardinia, and the French Riviera. The Team You will be an essential part of a Western-trained medical department. The team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. This structure ensures that you are never clinically isolated and have constant professional support. The Safety To prioritize patient safety and prevent burnout, the nursing team operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This rotation guarantees you have the energy to perform your duties and the time to explore the ports and islands during the voyage. The Process We value efficiency. The initial interview and screening phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Madrid before traveling to the coast to join the vessel. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Grado en Enfermería. Experience: A mandatory 4+ years in Acute Care (UCI, Urgencias, or ER) within a major hospital setting. Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for accurate clinical handover and team communication. Attributes: A professional who is adaptable, discreet, and capable of maintaining high standards in a private luxury environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
