Description This is an on call position with a varied schedule. They are responsible for setting the room and the tables. They transport equipment to meeting rooms, provide service to guests and anticipate their needs. Maintain table linen, china, glassware and silverware. Present menu and answer guests questions. Work closely with culinary to ensure guests satisfaction is met.
