But most importantly, we foster strong relationships with our clients and our caregivers. About the Role We are looking for caring and dependable caregivers to support elderly clients in their homes. Our caregivers provide assistance with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and bring kindness and companionship to each day. Responsibilities: Provide personal care according to the client’s care plan, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and helping with transfers as needed Provide medication reminders and support daily routines Prepare simple, healthy meals Perform light housekeeping such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up Provide transportation to appointments and assist with miscellaneous errands Offer companionship and emotional support Communicate any changes or concerns to the office or family Requirements Qualifications: Prior caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional) Current driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record Reliable, compassionate, and patient Ability to assist safely with mobility and daily tasks Willingness to learn new skills and work independently and in cooperation with others Ability to communicate with others effectively and professionally with a high degree of sensitivity and respect, timeliness, attire, policies, and procedures Ability to work with physically or mentally impaired clients, possibly having a form of dementia or Alzheimer’s Must pass background check
