NTSOC is looking for a compassionate nurse to provide high quality nursing care for our pediatric and adult clients to improve their quality of life at home. Job Type: Full Time or Part Time Salary: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits Include: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, HSA, PTO/Sick Time, 403 B with Company Match, Voluntary Life/AD&D and Short/Long Term Disability, Critical Illness. Essential Functions: Provide one on one care to a single client in their home setting and while in the community. Implements the client’s physician ordered plan of care and nursing interventions while adhering to agency policies. Perform assessments to monitor the health status of the client. Notify the physician and Field Nurse Case Manager of any changes in the client’s condition. Coordinate care with the Field Nurse Case Manager and other members of the client’s multidisciplinary care team. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Document performed interventions and treatments. Assists clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Collaborate with the care team on implementation and updates to the client’s plan of care. Monitor client progress toward home health care goals. Educate the client and family regarding the plan of care and nursing care needs. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years home health care experience preferred and 1 year of nursing experience in a health care setting preferred. Strong communication skills. Strong computer skills. Licenses/Certifications: Colorado RN license in good standing with the Department of Regulatory Affairs. BLS required. Up to date car insurance and driver license will be required.
Responsibilities
