We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity Co-Investment team at Mercer. This role can be based in Richmond or Atlanta and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Private Equity Co-investment Associate, you will be part of Mercer Investments’ expanding Alternatives team, supporting institutional investors across private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to engage in investment sourcing, due diligence, and performance monitoring for a diverse global client base. Mercer’s experienced team collaborates across North America, Europe, and Asia, providing a dynamic environment to develop expertise in alternative asset classes.
