This role focuses on the operations and includes preparation, oversight during the events as well as feedback following the completion of the event. Reports to the Senior Private Sales Manager Develops and maintains partnerships with the restaurant, retail and quick service departments Manages in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service Private dinners and private receptions Facilitates communication between the client and chefs, beverage managers and restaurant team members Ensures each individual event is planned correctly and runs smoothly from front-of-house supervision to behind-the-scenes organization and data entry Participates in organizing storewide events, promotions and partner events Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualifications 3+ years in private dining, events, hospitality sales Experience in the NYC hospitality market is a strong plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Tripleseat required Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed Job Requirements Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting Food Handler’s License preferred Compensation: The annual compensation for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 + Commission Additional Information Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave 401K with match or RRSP Bonus program Free family meal daily Discounts at Eataly Classes on products and Italian cuisine Referral bonus program and more!
