PRIVATE FAMILY SOLICITOR – ANY OFFICE

We are currently seeking a qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join our growing Family Department on a permanent basis.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bridgwater TA6 4R

Based out of any of our offices, you will be required to deal with all aspects of privately funded family work under the supervision of the Head of Department, including divorce, financial settlement, TOLATA (not litigation), cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptials, domestic abuse and private children law matters, You may also be required to attend and represent clients at court and attend clients at our other offices when necessary. It would be helpful if you are familiar with Legal Aid (but not a necessity)..
