Join us as a Private Financing Director This role will see you leading private financing activities within NatWest Markets, delivering tailored solutions to clients while ensuring robust risk management and regulatory compliance You’ll develop a clear understanding of client needs and structure bespoke financial solutions to suit them You’ll enjoy significant variety and stakeholder engagement, working closely with clients as well our internal centres of excellence What you'll do As a Private Financing Director, you’ll drive origination and execution of private financing transactions for approved NatWest Markets clients and support strategic growth by delivering innovative financing solutions aligned with client needs. You’ll also be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional and corporate clients Identifying client financing needs and structuring bespoke solutions using approved NatWest Markets products Collaborating with internal centres of excellence to deliver complex financing strategies Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining a strong risk control environment Representing NatWest Markets in negotiations and client engagements to secure profitable outcomes The skills you'll need We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in private financing, debt capital markets, or structured finance and the ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored financing solutions. You’ll also need to speak conversational Japanese for business negotiations. In addition to this, you’ll demonstrate: A sound understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks Excellent risk awareness and the ability to operate within first-line risk principles A degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification in finance, economics, or a related field Hours 37.5 Job Posting Closing Date: 19/11/2025
