Must haves:

• Minimum 3 years security experience
• Minimum 3 years lead experience (verifiable)
• High School Diploma
• Work consistent mandatory overtime
• Work long hours & occasional weekends
• Work special events (games & events}
• Lead a team of 10
• Enjoy and excel at customer service and concierge type service
• Speak and communicate articulately and effectively
• Hold direct reports accountable
• Work closely with customer contact to deliver exemplary services
• Train and motivate direct reports
