HIRING: Private Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Behavior Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Shift: 12-Hour Shift (Special Education Center + Home Care)Student: Boy with learning delays

Female Candidates Only

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and trained professional to support our son across a full 12-hour daily routine. The LSA will accompany him to his Special Education Center in the morning to assist with therapy execution and social tracking, transport him home, and spend the afternoon/evening implementing learning routines and daily life skills.

Key Responsibilities:Attend the Special Education Center daily; collaborate closely with the center’s speech, occupational, and behavioral therapists.Transition the student home safely and manage post-therapy decompression time.Implement home routines, educational play, communication exercises, and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:Direct experience working with children with learning delays or neurodivergent profiles in a center or clinical setting.

Certification as an LSA, Shadow Teacher, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.

Valid UAE Visa (Spouse/Parent sponsorship or direct family visa sponsorship available).

Ability to secure a clean UAE Police Clearance (required by the center).

Pay: AED1.00 per month
