Description
The Mission We are recruiting a distinguished nursing professional for 1:1 medical care of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a prestigious superyacht. This role requires the clinical rigour of a top-tier Parisian hospital combined with the adaptability of a private maritime environment. You will oversee the principal’s health while cruising the Mediterranean’s most elegant waters, including Corsica, Sardinia, Portofino, and the Aegean Islands. The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, Western-trained medical department. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor, with additional support from resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary team ensures that clinical decisions are shared and expert-led, providing a robust support network at sea. The Safety To prioritize patient safety and prevent burnout, the nursing roster is built on a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation or while fatigued, and provides structured downtime to enjoy the yacht's amenities and locations. The Process We value efficiency and discretion. The initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Paris before traveling to the vessel. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or State Diploma (Diplôme d'État Infirmier - IDE). Experience: A strict minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (Réanimation, Urgences, or Soins Intensifs). Profile: A poised, culturally aware professional capable of blending into a high-net-worth family environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Leave: 30 Days Paid Leave. Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters (high-quality crew cabin). Expenses: All travel, uniforms, dining, and toiletries are fully covered.
