The Mission We are recruiting a distinguished clinical professional for a 1:1 medical assignment aboard a private superyacht. You will serve as the primary health advocate for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This role transitions you from the ward to the open sea, requiring you to deliver hospital-grade care while the vessel cruises the most exclusive routes of the Mediterranean, including the Greek Islands (Mykonos/Corfu), the Croatian Coast, and Venice. The Team You will not work in isolation. You will join a fully integrated, Western-trained medical department comprising: A Lead British Doctor who provides 24/7 clinical governance. Dedicated Physiotherapists focused on the principal’s rehabilitation and mobility. A collaborative unit of experienced acute-care nurses. The Safety To maintain the highest standards of care and staff well-being, we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never solely responsible for the patient, allowing for consistent rest and the opportunity to enjoy the yacht’s luxury amenities and destinations. The initial interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to qualify for this prestigious role from Vienna without the need for immediate travel. Requirements Requirements Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory. Experience: Candidates must have 4+ years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required. Attributes: A sophisticated bedside manner, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
