The Mission We are recruiting a highly skilled nurse for 1:1 medical care of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. This role offers a seamless transition from a high-volume clinical setting to a private, precision-focused environment. You will manage the principal’s health while cruising the Mediterranean’s most vibrant waters, including the Balearic Islands, Costa Smeralda, Saint-Tropez, and Sicily. The Team You will join a sophisticated, Western-trained medical department. The team is directed by a Lead British Doctor and supported by onboard Physiotherapists, ensuring a collaborative and expert-led approach to patient care. The Safety To ensure the highest standard of vigilance without burnout, the nursing team operates on a strict double-nurse shift system. This rotation guarantees you have the energy to perform your duties and the downtime to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle and port visits. The Process We value your time. The initial interview and screening phases are conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the recruitment steps from Barcelona before joining the vessel. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Grado en Enfermería. Experience: A mandatory 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, UCI, ER/Urgencias) is required. Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential for communication with the British medical lead.
