The Mission: Translate your acute care expertise into a career of unparalleled exclusivity. You will provide dedicated 1:1 clinical oversight for an 80-year-old VIP principal aboard a luxury superyacht. While your base is clinical precision, your daily environment will be the sun-drenched Mediterranean. Expect a cruising itinerary that spans the ultra-luxury marina of Porto Montenegro, the crystal-clear waters of the Costa Smeralda (Sardinia), and the vibrant shores of Mykonos. The Team: You will operate within a Tier-1 medical department directed by a Lead British Doctor. Supported by a resident physiotherapy team and a collaborative, Western-trained nursing squad, you will ensure seamless continuity of care at sea. The Safety: We are committed to sustainable excellence. A strict double-nurse shift rotation (12/12) is in place to guarantee comprehensive 24/7 patient oversight while ensuring you have ample rest and downtime to recharge. The Process: Discreet and efficient. All initial interviews are conducted remotely via a secure online platform. Requirements Requirements: Education: Western Accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: Minimum 4 years in Critical Care or Acute settings (ICU/ER/A&E).
