The Mission We are recruiting a clinical expert for a premier 1:1 care role aboard a private superyacht. You will serve as the primary medical point of contact for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position offers a distinct professional lifestyle: delivering hospital-grade care while adhering to a luxury cruising itinerary that visits Portofino, the Amalfi Coast, and the French Riviera. The Team You will integrate into a high-performance, Western-trained medical wing. The team is structured to provide seamless 24/7 care and includes: A Lead British Doctor responsible for all clinical governance. Specialist Physiotherapists managing the principal’s rehabilitation. A dedicated team of acute-care nursing colleagues. The Safety Your well-being is critical to the mission's success. We enforce a rigorous double-nurse shift system, ensuring you never face a clinical load in isolation. This rotation allows for substantial rest periods and the opportunity to experience the vessel's exclusive destinations. The Process We value efficiency. The candidate selection phase is conducted via a secure online interview platform, allowing you to showcase your expertise from Edinburgh without the need for initial travel. Requirements Requirements Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. Experience: Candidates must have 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E to manage the specific medical needs of the principal. Language: Native or C1 English is mandatory. Attributes: Clinical confidence, impeccable discretion, and the ability to adapt to a high-net-worth maritime environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
