Description
The Mission We are recruiting an elite nursing professional for 1:1 medical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. This role requires the clinical discipline of a top-tier university hospital combined with the discretion of private service. You will manage the principal’s health while cruising the Mediterranean’s most historic waters, including Venice, Dubrovnik, the Bay of Kotor, and Corfu. The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, Western-trained medical department. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary team ensures that clinical decisions are shared and expert-led, providing a robust support network at sea. The Safety To prioritize patient safety and prevent burnout, the nursing roster is built on a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation or while fatigued, and provides structured downtime to enjoy the Adriatic and Ionian coastlines. The Process We value efficiency and discretion. The initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Austria before traveling to the vessel. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in. Experience: A strict minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU/Intensivstation, ER/Notaufnahme) at a major medical center (e.g., AKH). Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all medical documentation and team communication. Profile: A poised, culturally aware professional capable of blending into a high-net-worth family environment. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free). Leave: 30 Days Paid Leave.
