Private Pay Client Care Supervisor Position Summary Care Partners at Home is seeking a Private Pay Client Care Supervisor to lead daily scheduling operations within our Private Pay program. This role oversees Client Care Coordinators and ensures schedules are built quickly, accurately, and with compassion. You will drive performance metrics including start-of-care timelines, schedule fill rates, and caregiver utilization while supporting both clients and caregivers. Required 3+ years of experience in home care scheduling or care coordination 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role Strong understanding of Private Pay home care operations Experience managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage real-time changes and urgent staffing needs Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Partner with the Private Pay Program Manager to develop and support the Client Care team Set and uphold daily performance standards for productivity, responsiveness, and schedule accuracy Lead team check-ins, provide workflow coaching, and contribute to performance evaluations Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and collaboration Scheduling Operations Oversight Oversee daily schedule build-out for all Private Pay clients Ensure shifts are filled timely and caregivers are matched appropriately Monitor open shifts, call-outs, and rescheduling in real time Ensure accurate documentation and communication across systems Performance & Metrics Management Drive performance across key metrics including start-of-care timelines, schedule fill rates, caregiver utilization, and response times Analyze trends, implement process improvements, and partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and workforce planning Caregiver & Client Experience Ensure caregivers are communicated with respectfully and promptly Support escalations related to scheduling conflicts or concerns Partner with Client Care and Intake teams to ensure smooth care transitions Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Intake, Authorizations, Recruitment and Caregiver Success Provide feedback on hiring needs based on scheduling demand Participate in leadership huddles and operational planning Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
