Hi! I’m Hannah, a 45 year-old woman with a long term physical disability, and I employ my own team of carers to help me in my own home. I’m looking for another person to join the team. Around 24 hours per week are currently available (negotiable). I’m looking for someone motivated, practical, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude to help me at home and to get out and about now and then. I have very limited mobility so require help with personal care as well (for this reason I’m seeking a female carer). No experience is necessary - all training is given. Candidates must be able to drive to help me get out in my car. Flexibility is essential in order to help with holiday and emergency cover if necessary. Days, sleepovers and some weekend working are involved. Shifts to be discussed and agreed with the applicant. There is an 8 hr sleepover included in a backshift which is at a higher rate of pay. I’m looking for someone honest and kind, with a sense of humour!
