ROLE OVERVIEW • One-to-one rehabilitative care for a VIP client within a private residence • Advanced MSK focus with hands-on manual therapy standards • International travel may be required, including yacht itineraries, ensuring therapy continuity KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • MSK assessment, manual therapy, and outcomes-driven rehab planning • Hydrotherapy blocks and aquatic rehab programme oversight • Clinical governance: confidential notes, risk management, professional accountability • Coordination with private physicians, ortho specialists, and premium clinics REQUIREMENTS • BSc Physiotherapy (or equivalent) + home-country registration (e.g., HCPC, CORU, AHPRA) • 5+ years recent MSK / Sports / Orthopaedics experience • Advanced manual therapy + manipulation competence (essential) • Hydrotherapy experience (mandatory) • Native-level English and proven discretion PACKAGE (TAX-FREE) • £60,000–£110,000 GBP per year (commensurate with experience) • High-quality accommodation in Dubai (or allowance) • 30 days paid annual leave • Work-related travel fully covered • Relocation support and leadership-led onboarding NOTES • This is a private, standards-first environment with clear protocols. • References and background checks are required. • Selection is based strictly on clinical competence and discretion. • Shortlisted clinicians will be contacted for a first screening call. • Relocation logistics are supported by the household / employer. • Patient safety and confidentiality come first, always.
