About the Role:
We are seeking a highly discreet, organized, and proactive Private Secretary to provide comprehensive personal and executive-level support to the Owner. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, communication skills, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling both business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Owner’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence and schedule appointments, meetings, and internal events
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and communications
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Serve as the point of contact between the Owner and staff, clients, or external contacts
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support the Owner in all administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a private secretary, executive assistant, or similar role supporting high-level executives
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to handle urgent matters outside of regular hours when needed
