Trainer Responsibilities Conduct private (1-on-1) and group soccer lessons. Schedule lessons flexibly to suit your and the client’s availability. Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations. Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals. Assess players’ skills, track progress, and adapt lessons to fit their needs. Provide the equipment needed to have a successful lesson. Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience. Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions. Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress. What to Expect with Dribbler Set Your Own Schedule: Work when it’s convenient for you.
