We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct swimming lessons for individuals or groups, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each participant.
  • Assess students’ swimming abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various swimming techniques and safety practices.
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by enforcing pool rules and monitoring water conditions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including equipment used during lessons.
  • Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, concerns, or upcoming events.
