JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionateTeacher/Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs, This role involves providing individualized support to enhance students’ academic skills, social skills, and overall development in a supportive learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays is a plus
• Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educators
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, music therapy, or recreational therapy is preferred
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring students in academic subjects is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and tracking student progress

• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that align with each student’s need
• Provide one-on-one tutoring in subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education
• Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed
• Employ behavioral management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenges effectively
• Incorporate technology and adaptive tools to enhance learning experiences for students
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and inform instructional planning
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders
