JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionateTeacher/Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse learning needs, This role involves providing individualized support to enhance students’ academic skills, social skills, and overall development in a supportive learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays is a plus
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for diverse learners
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and educators
  • Familiarity with various teaching methodologies such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, music therapy, or recreational therapy is preferred
  • Experience in tutoring or mentoring students in academic subjects is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and tracking student progress
