Description
Provide counterparty coverage for new credit limit request, annual limit review, docs negotiation, and margin call handling; Analyze client's portfolio under management, identify weakness in the account and design risk mitigants; Conduct due diligence on high-net-worth individuals and related entities across a variety of PWM transactions; Monitor and manage the Asia PWM Credit Risk portfolio on an ongoing basis; Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with all credit policies and procedures; Collaborate with other Credit Officers in the Hong Kong, Singapore and Mumbai offices; Provide guidance/mentoring for junior members of the team; Liaise with Credit Officers on the institutional counterparty side of the bank and in the US Wealth Management business, establish best practices as applicable to the region.
