OUR IMPACT Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services. YOUR IMPACT This role will be a key member of the GSBE management team overseeing critical business as usual (BAU) functions to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations. The role of the employee will include, but is not limited to the following; Ongoing creation and review of key data and Management Information Analysis to ensure “business as usual” (BAU) processes are performed well and enhanced where needed (including preparation of reporting to GSBE Board members) Ongoing oversight of BAU processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards GDPR Privacy co-responsibilities The employee will be collaborating closely with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and other functional teamson the processes. REQUIREMENTS Ideally, candidates will have several years’ experience in a similar role, with exposure to regulatory change, consulting, or Legal/Compliance environments, and some direct involvement in regulatory frameworks or process improvement initiatives. Strong command of English, with the capability to contribute to reports and management information for a range of audiences. A strategic approach is desirable, demonstrated by involvement in complex projects—such as participating in the design of risk assessment tools or supporting cross-functional regulatory change programmes—alongside solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in producing quality deliverables, such as presentations, regulatory documentation, or process improvement plans, and evidence of collaborative work leading to positive business outcomes (for example, improvements in compliance monitoring or data governance practices) would be valuable. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, including participation in workshops or supporting executive decision-making, are highly regarded. A collaborative mindset and positive work ethic, as shown by supporting junior colleagues or working within project teams to achieve objectives, even under tight deadlines, would be beneficial.
