The Mission We are recruiting a distinct caliber of nursing professional for a long-term, 1:1 care assignment aboard a private superyacht. You will be the primary advocate and clinical support for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position offers a rare convergence of high-acuity medical responsibility and an elite lifestyle, with a cruising schedule that includes Mallorca, Ibiza, and the French Riviera. The Team You will join a robust, Western-trained medical department designed to operate with high autonomy at sea. The team structure includes: A Lead British Doctor who directs all medical strategy. Specialist Physiotherapists providing daily rehabilitation. A supportive unit of experienced acute-care nurses. The Safety Patient safety and nurse vitality are paramount. We utilize a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you are never working in isolation. This allows for scheduled rest periods and the energy to enjoy the vessel’s amenities and locations during your off-hours. The Process Initial screening is efficient and discreet. We conduct the first phase via a secure online interview, allowing you to demonstrate your clinical expertise from Valencia before any travel is required. Requirements Requirements Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is non-negotiable. Experience: Candidates must possess 4+ years of experience in ICU, ER, or A&E to handle the acute requirements of the role. Language: Native or C1 English proficiency. Attributes: A refined professional manner, ability to work under a non-disclosure agreement, and adaptability to life at sea. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 per annum (Tax-Free).
