The Mission We are recruiting a high-caliber nurse for a specialized 1:1 care position attending an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury vessel. This role moves you from the clinic to the coast, managing the principal’s daily medical needs while cruising the Mediterranean. Your workspace will include some of the world’s most exclusive locations, such as Marbella, Portofino, Sardinia, and the Greek Islands. The Team You will be part of a sophisticated medical infrastructure. The onboard department is led by a Lead British Doctor, supported by Physiotherapists and a collaborative, Western-trained nursing team. The environment is structured, professional, and clinically rigorous. The Safety Your well-being is essential to the level of care required. We operate a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you are never overstretched. This rotation allows you to maintain clinical vigilance while having ample time to explore the destinations. The entire interview and vetting phase is conducted via a secure online platform, allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Portugal before deployment. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent Degree. Experience: A mandatory 4+ years in Acute Care settings (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all medical notes and team communication.
