Description St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, is hiring PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We are located among the rolling hills of the picturesque driftless region in southwest Wisconsin, just south of Platteville and a short 10-minute drive from Dubuque, Iowa. Open to all, St. Dominic Villa offers long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab to older adults and is a truly peaceful place to live and work. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN positions AM, PM or NOC shifts 8 hour or 12 hour shifts available LPN: $26.50-$32.00 per hour, based on experience RN: $35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts A casual team member (PRN) is required to: work six shifts per month; at least three of the shifts must be on a weekend; work one summer and one winter holiday (as available). Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Active CPR Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics. Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for identifying and fulfilling the resident's total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation.
