Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the supervision of the supervising Occupational Therapist. Educate residents, families, and staff regarding therapy goals, techniques, and outcomes. Demonstrate competent technical skills consistent with current COTA standards of practice. Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and promptly communicate changes in condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements. Requirements PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Qualifications: Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of current treatment practices and therapy interventions. Familiarity with Net Health or similar electronic documentation systems preferred. Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload while demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
Responsibilities
