Complies with the documentation requirements of the rehab department and facility under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans through direct therapy and collaboration with Occupational Therapists to improve residents' quality of life. Maintain required clinical documentation and provide education to staff and families.
