ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues. Establish open lines of communication for individuals. Implement/enforce house rules. Transport clients with company vehicle. Supervise clients on outings. Group facilitation. Maintain cleanliness of facility. Ensure necessary documentation is complete. Other tasks as assigned. REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED: Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing. REQUIRED: Must be minimum 21 years of age. REQUIRED: Must pass background check. REQUIRED: Must pass drug screening. REQUIRED: Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred- will be required to obtain) CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain) Current TB test (will be required to obtain) WE OFFER Competitive pay Rewarding experiences helping people Career development Growth opportunities Dynamic environment SCHEDULES We are hiring PRN staff for both dayshift and overnight. We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
