We are looking for a flexible, high-energy PRN/Float QMAP to support our various locations. If you are a dependable professional who can step into any of our households and provide seamless, compassionate care, we want you on our team.   WHY CHOOSE THE FLOAT LIFE? * Premium Pay: Earn an additional $2.00 per hour on top of our standard rates for your flexibility and expertise. * Variety and Connection: Experience different residential environments and build relationships with a diverse group of residents across our homes. * The Applewood Difference: Avoid the "big box" facility feel and work in calm, residential settings where integrity and compassion guide every decision.   POSITION DETAILS * Compensation: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour (includes $2.00/hr float premium). * Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, PTO, and Sick Time. * Location: Must be willing and able to travel to any Applewood Our House location. * Schedule: Requires high flexibility to cover call-offs, open shifts, and staff PTO.   WHAT YOU’LL DO * Medication Administration: Administer medications with precision and care in full compliance with Colorado regulations across various households. * Adaptable Care: Provide gentle, dignified assistance with ADLs, quickly adapting to the specific needs of different residents. * Dementia Support: Use your expertise to respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace. * Vital Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the local household team.   REQUIREMENTS * Certification: Must hold a Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification. * Flexibility: Total commitment to a flexible schedule and the ability to work at different locations as needed. * Experience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience is preferred. * Reliability: Must be highly dependable, especially when covering urgent staffing needs.   
Responsibilities
The primary duties involve administering medications accurately and providing gentle, dignified assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) across various residential households. This includes observing and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior to the local team.
