Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This position offers the flexibility of PRN scheduling while providing exceptional care to our residents during 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM). POSITION SUMMARY As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' health, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. * Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. * Assess residents and report changes in condition promptly. * Document care provided in accordance with company policies and state regulations. * Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care. * Respond appropriately to resident emergencies. * Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members. QUALIFICATIONS * Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. * CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). * Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or senior care is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
