This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. ***Join us for open interviews every Wednesday 10a-12p and every Saturday and Sunday 10a-12p!!*** Benefits are available and vary by employment status. Some benefits offered are: * Eligible for health benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment! * Vision & Dental insurance * Life insurance * Retirement plan/ 401K * Tuition reimbursement * PTO/ sick time off * Holiday pay * Free meal for staff * Employee Recognition Program Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN: * Provide daily supervision to assigned staff * Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident. * Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of nursing care, respond to changes in medical conditions, medications. * Assess/ monitor and treat medical conditions. * Participate in admission of new residents * Support DOHS in completion of assessments and evaluation of residents health and safety.
