Description Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is looking for a PRN LPN or RN for our Washington, PA location. Schedule will vary. Our nurses provide direct patient nursing care which includes administering medication and carrying out therapeutic treatments. Competitive starting salary. Free onsite training. ABILITY TO SAVE LIVES! Responsibilities Administers medications. Carries out prescribed therapeutic treatments. Documents nursing observations and patient care rendered. Participates in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care. Coordinates with all GRC departments as appropriate. Provides patient health education. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be skilled and physically able to perform necessary medical interventions when needed. Must demonstrate good judgement, decision making and leadership skills necessary to take responsibility for nursing-related patient care. Requirements LPN or RN Licensure. CPR certified. Preferred Requirements 2 years nursing experience Critical Care experience Additional Requirements Pass PA Criminal Background Check Obtain Child Abuse and FBI Clearances Pass Drug TB Test Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record. CPR certification. Work Conditions On-site at various Gateway locations Able to lift upwards of 20 lbs.
