Ensure patients are comfortably prepared for treatment sessions, including explaining procedures, addressing any concerns or questions, and assisting with any necessary preparations to ensure a smooth and efficient treatment experience. Skillfully administer EECP Therapy sessions according to established protocols and guidelines. Assist Clinic Director with patient examinations. Accurately enter patient information into EHR System or other medical databases. Other job duties, as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficient in managing administrative tasks within a medical office setting, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, etc.. Skilled in providing hands-on patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and providing patient education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards patients, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care and creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing priorities and unexpected situations, while maintaining professionalism and composure. Eager to expand knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Current Medical Assistant Certification, required. Current BLS Certification, required.
