Since 2016, we have been dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through advanced therapies including medical weight loss, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, autoimmune support, cancer care, vitamin IV therapy, and regenerative treatments.
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about functional and holistic medicine, motivated to provide high-quality patient care, and excited to contribute to our growing practice.
The NP/PA will conduct patient consultations, initiate and monitor individualized treatment plans, and provide supportive care for patients pursuing integrative therapies. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about alternative and functional medicine modalities, skilled in patient communication, and comfortable with IV-based treatments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for weight loss, hormones, peptides, autoimmune conditions, and supportive cancer care
• Perform IV placement, oversee IV/infusion therapy, and ensure safe administration
• Educate patients on integrative and holistic therapies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members
• Respond to urgent clinical situations confidently when needed

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in functional/integrative medicine, internal medicine, or primary care preferred
• Proficiency in IV placement and medication delivery
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Current Texas licensure and certifications as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current, unrestricted DEA license (Schedules II–V)

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
