We’re looking for a PRN Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on an as-needed basis. This flexible role is perfect for an experienced assistant who enjoys a fun, team-oriented atmosphere and wants to support a practice dedicated to exceptional patient care. Website: Park Place Kids! Duties/Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist during procedures such as bonding, wire changes, and adjustments. Take orthodontic photos, impressions, and scans (iTero experience a plus). Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance care. Sterilize and set up instruments; maintain a clean, organized treatment area. Communicate clearly with the orthodontic team and support smooth clinical flow. Deliver compassionate, child-friendly care that helps patients feel at ease. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Tennessee. Previous orthodontic assisting experience required. CPR certification and radiology permit preferred. Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
