Job Description: Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, is seeking PRN Pediatric Therapists to join our growing outpatient team. This opportunity is open to Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about working with children in a collaborative, team-driven environment. Our clinics serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, neurological conditions, and other pediatric diagnoses. We focus on delivering individualized, play-based, evidence-based therapy to support each child’s growth, independence, and success. Your Role: Provide high-quality, individualized therapy services based on your discipline Deliver play-based, child-centered interventions to support development and functional independence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP) Educate and partner with families to support carryover at home Document services accurately in EMR Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment Active state license (or eligibility) in one of the following: Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Occupational Therapist (OT) Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Passion for working with pediatric populations Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in pediatrics preferred Why Choose Great Strides Rehabilitation?
