Asbury Grace Park (Stroudsburg, PA) Personal Care Home Licensed for 92 Beds Secured Memory Care Unit Days include every other weekend and one weekday every two weeks (24 hours per pay) Hourly Rate: $15.00 Job Description The Personal Care Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. This Part-Time position requires a high level of dedication, empathy, professionalism and availability for weekends/holidays as needed. Provide essential assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and maintaining their dignity at all times. Assist with resident transportation to and from activities, social programs, meals and appointments as required. Support the nutritional needs of residents by assisting in meal service, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed, and monitoring residents' dietary requirements and restrictions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care activities, reporting any changes in condition or concerns to supervisory staff promptly. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. Qualifications High school diploma or its equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age No healthcare experience required - on the job training is provided!
