Phlebotomist Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented PRN Phlebotomist to join our clinical team. This role provides support on an as‑needed basis, assisting with blood draws, specimen collection, and ensuring a smooth, positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, patient‑focused, and confident in their phlebotomy skills. Phlebotomist Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws safely and accurately Prepare, label, and process specimens according to established protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient comfort Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Support clinical staff with additional tasks as needed Phlebotomist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification required (CPT or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred Strong communication and patient‑care skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs Reliable, professional, and committed to quality care Why Join Innovative Healthcare Centers?
